Milestone Celebrations

Coastal Celebrations is a two-hour group picnic with low tables, floor seating, coordinated settings, seasonal florals, LED candles, personalized board, water, and speaker. One umbrella when conditions allow; setup and breakdown included.

Starting prices: 3–4 guests $350; 5–6 $500; 7–8 $625; 9–12 from $750; 13+ custom quote with an 18% event service charge. Optional gratuity is appreciated.

THE REVEAL MOMENT — $295

Up to 45 minutes for two: styled blanket and pillows, basket and fresh-floral vignette, keepsake baby booties and teddy bear, personalized board, and discreet reveal coordination. One umbrella when conditions allow; setup and breakdown included.

THE REVEAL PICNIC — $495

Everything in The Reveal Moment, plus a complete two-hour luxury picnic for two. Extra guests, photography, cake, and upgraded florals are available separately.

MAKE IT YOURS

Extra umbrella $50; beverage bucket, ice and acrylic flutes $25; extra hour $75 for two or $100 for groups; dessert pickup and placement from $35 plus dessert cost; ribbon arch from $175; floral arch from $350; fully custom palette from $100; photography at vendor rate plus $35 coordination. Chair seating, rentals, specialty florals and rose installations are custom quoted. Cooler with ice available as an upgrade. Exact floral varieties and specialty requests are quoted separately.

HOW TO RESERVE

Send your date, occasion, guest count and location. I confirm availability and pricing, then send an invoice and agreement. Complete the agreement and pay the 50% non-refundable retainer within three days of the invoice. Unpaid dates are released after that window.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Food is not included; bring your own or arrange delivery. Boho Bash does not provide alcohol; client beverages follow location rules. No glass on the beach. Travel fees may apply outside core Sarasota. Umbrellas depend on wind, weather and safe installation. Weather decisions and rescheduling follow our weather policy.
